We are seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Associate from Lake Charles to support front desk operations and membership services.

Front Desk Management 

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner at Lake Charles Office,
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist the Office Manager with administrative duties as needed
• Enter and process new, renewed, and existing membership forms and requests
• Send membership materials to support ongoing outreach and engagement

Telephone & Communication

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide general information

Administrative Support

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries at Lake Charles Office
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
• Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
• Provide administrative support to Membership Team programs and services

Skills & Qualifications for Receptionist jobs in Lake Charles:
