- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner at Gardena Office,
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative duties as needed
- Enter and process new, renewed, and existing membership forms and requests
- Send membership materials to support ongoing outreach and engagement
Telephone & Communication
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
- Respond to basic inquiries and provide general information
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries at Gardena Office
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to Membership Team programs and services
Skills & Qualifications for Receptionist jobs in Gardena:
